PAYMENT OPTIONS


How to Order

  1. Choose your pieces. Select your design, garment color, logo color and size, then add your pieces to the cart.
  2. Send your WhatsApp enquiry. Open your cart, enter your contact and delivery details, then select “Order on WhatsApp” and send the message.
  3. Receive confirmation and payment details. We confirm availability, delivery costs and your final order total on WhatsApp.
  4. Pay your 50% deposit. Use the payment details provided and send proof of payment. We begin processing once your deposit is received and verified.
  5. Settle the remaining 50%. Pay the balance before your order is dispatched or collected.

We accept EFT/bank transfers, bank cash deposits and e-wallet transfers. Payment details are provided when your order is confirmed. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.


Payment Terms

A 50% deposit of the confirmed order total is required before we begin processing your order. The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch or collection.


Your cart and WhatsApp enquiry include an order reference beginning with LWK-. We will carry this reference through to your confirmed quote and payment instructions. Please use the same reference for your deposit and remaining balance, and include it when sending proof of payment via WhatsApp. Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified.


For example, an R1,000 order requires a R500 deposit, with R500 remaining.
